1. Admin

3. Caster
    • A caster in esports is someone who commentates on the action throughout the game.  Casters work with the teams on a personal level, gaining knowledge about their playstyle and personality in order to engage the viewers during the event.  Casters must have great personable skills and communication skills as this job involves a lot of interaction with others on a personal level.  They will commentate on events during the game and analyze how the game is played, which requires an extensive knowledge of the game being played.  Casters may either work on a contract with an organization or choose to work freelance and pick up jobs as needed.

4. Event Manager
    • Event managers work to coordinate with teams and tournament venues to provide the best experience for everyone involved.  The job of an event manager is to manage ticket sales, adhere to venue guidelines, and receive feedback from the public on the event.  Event managers must be flexible and organized in working with others in order to provide a smooth operation for the tournament.  Depending on the scale and length of the event, event managers in esports can earn up to a $40k salary based on experience and knowledge of events.

5. Social Media Manager
    • The role of a social media manager is to be the face and the voice for an organization through social media platforms.  This can include marketing, social media posts, and designing profiles for esports players and coaches.  Social media managers must be creative and engaging with an audience, as well as having communication skills to work with the audience and the organization you are working with.  The average salary of a social media manager in esports is around $50k a year, depending on experience and scale of the organization.
